Cancellation & Refund Policy
Malles Manotaa believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing a booking. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the resort.There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day of check-in.
No cancellations are entertained for those rooms that the Malles Manotaa marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
When you book a room, we develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none.
Promotional rates are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. Cancellation protection not available on selected packages including Christmas & New Year (request relevant terms and conditions).
Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible, and offer you an alternative accommodation of the same standard, or higher, or offer a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
All rates quoted are per room per night and are subject to availability and include Value Added Taxes. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.
